I was self conscious with myself because my own teamates on the football team i was on would always criticize me for how small my arms were and my football coaches were always making fun of how little and light i was. Just a few years after graduating highschool i decided it was time to make the change. I started my fitness journey when i was 22 years old sitting at 120 lbs, and through sheer determination and hard work, I transformed into a 150 lbs powerhouse of lean, strong muscle at age 27.I know what it takes to make progress and achieve real results, and I'm dedicated to helping you do the same.
