During our 12 months together I’m going to give you my personal blueprint for putting on size the natural way. You will also inherit the toughest skills to learn, which are:
- Consistency
- Discipline
- Intensity
Before I started my fitness journey, i was 120 pounds straight out of high-school, in the year 2014. I was a little dude and I was always getting made fun of for my weight. I heard all the skinny jokes from football coaches, friends and even girls. It wasn’t until the year of 2017 when I decided to do something about it, and go all in and make the weights my best friend. I put in the work day in and day out, meal after meal, all the training sessions after work from 10pm to midnight. I fell in love with the process, I fell in love with putting myself through all of the rigorous work of weightlifting just to see minimal results after 3 weeks. I’ll tell you what, it’s not easy, it’s hard to stay consistent and show up everyday and put the work in, but when you do…. The results are well worth it!
Fast forward 6 years later and now I’m currently in prep to compete in a bodybuilding show and I never felt more ready!
My name is Jared and my goal is to help one person at a time achieve their body goals, with the the years of experience and knowledge I have developed over time!
